Position Overview

As a Microsoft Support Technician at LOGIC CHOICE BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional network service and support. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, and you will be responsible for addressing and resolving computer network service issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address initial support inquiries from various clients promptly.
  • Escalate service requests to the relevant department or personnel when necessary.
  • Configure and deploy network devices and services, including Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
  • Conduct network maintenance and implement system upgrades as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to maintain system documentation and adhere to change control policies.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, colleagues, and clients to resolve issues.
  • Participate in a rotational on-call support schedule.
  • Ability to lift equipment as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with current Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Proficient in Routers, Firewalls, Switches, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN technologies.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 setup and migration processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with VoIP Unified Communications.
  • Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.
