We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Coordinator in the Orthopedic department.

About the Role

As a Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with the medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supervising and delegating tasks to ancillary personnel, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to policy development and updates

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current state RN license
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an acute care setting
