As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting our servers and bartenders to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist servers and bartenders in delivering food and drinks to guests, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, floors, and equipment, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, servers, and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and use a knife and other equipment required for the job.
  • Certifications: Must have a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC certification.
