Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, merchandising, and administrative functions, as well as leading and training staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Lead and train a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
• Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements
• 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a sporting goods or similar industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration
• Ability to analyze sales data and reports to inform business decisions
• Merchandise knowledge, preferably in apparel, footwear, and general athletics
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
