Job Overview:
As a vital member of our retail team, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets for the store. Your role will involve promoting and selling the full range of products and services provided by the company while striving to meet all sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all sales-related administrative tasks, including:
- Completing customer agreements and warranties
- Managing inventory and product retrieval
- Processing customer payments and maintaining order records
- Staying informed about all products, pricing structures, promotional offers, and service features.

Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and relay important market insights to the Store Manager regarding local market dynamics and customer needs.

Address service inquiries from customers, ensuring efficient and courteous service while assisting with all product offerings. Your goal is to guarantee an exceptional customer experience. This position may involve commission-based earnings and meeting sales quotas.

Essential Functions:
The primary duties outlined below represent the essential functions of this role:

Core Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a competitive drive and a commitment to surpass sales objectives
- Stay current with the latest technology and entertainment devices, including Wi-Fi and data solutions
- Understand customer requirements and guide them in discovering how our products can fulfill those needs
- Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment
- Educate and engage customers through effective product demonstrations
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following tasks with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Stand for extended periods
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Operate a personal computer, wireless devices, copier, and fax machine
- Adapt to working in various locations as business needs arise.
- Execute all procedures for opening and closing the store as per established guidelines.
- Submit daily transaction reports.
- Assist with inventory management
- Uniform may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Compensation:


Retail Sales Consultants receive a competitive hourly wage, with the potential to earn additional monthly commissions by achieving or exceeding sales targets. Our Retail Sales Consultants can earn approximately $19.53 per hour, plus an additional $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission structure, top performers can earn up to $62,460 annually. Individual starting salaries may vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
