We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate who will enhance outdoor experiences by sharing insights, providing recommendations, and engaging with customers daily. Your contributions will help us uphold our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction through effective transactions, membership sales, and the promotion of REI products and services. In addition to maintaining the store's appearance, you will ensure that merchandise is well-organized on the sales floor. Your expertise in REI products and services will keep you informed about current trends, allowing you to share valuable knowledge with our customers. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, memberships, and special ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with store management to uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in REI Sales & Service Training while promoting our products and services.
  • Support store pick-up operations, including receiving and processing merchandise.
  • Adhere to REI's loss prevention and safety protocols.
  • Be flexible with your schedule to meet business needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
