Job Overview:
As a vital member of our retail team, you will be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets within the store. Your role will involve promoting and selling the full range of products and services offered by the company while consistently meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all administrative duties related to sales, including:
- Completing customer agreements and warranties
- Managing inventory and product retrieval
- Processing customer payments and organizing completed orders
Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products, accessories, pricing structures, promotions, and service features.

Stay informed about competitive offerings and provide valuable market insights to the Store Manager regarding local competition and customer needs.

Address service inquiries from customers, ensuring efficient and courteous service while assisting with all product offerings and services. Strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position may include commission and performance-based incentives.

Essential Functions:
- Exhibit a competitive mindset and a strong desire to surpass sales objectives
- Stay current with the latest technology and entertainment devices, including Wi-Fi and data solutions
- Understand customer requirements and guide them in discovering how our products fulfill those needs
- Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment
- Educate and engage customers through effective product demonstrations
- Interact with customers and provide prompt, courteous service to all
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following tasks with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Operate a personal computer, wireless devices, copier, and fax machine
- Work in different locations as business needs arise.
- Execute all procedures for opening and closing the store as per established guidelines.
- Submit daily transaction reports.
- Assist with inventory management
- Uniform may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Compensation:


Retail Sales Associates receive a competitive hourly wage, with additional monthly commission opportunities based on meeting or exceeding sales targets. Our Retail Sales Associates can earn approximately $19.53 per hour, with potential commissions exceeding $13,700 if all sales goals are achieved.

With uncapped commission potential, top performers can earn up to $62,460 annually. Starting salaries within this range may vary based on location, experience, skills, and education.
