Experienced Technician Position

We are currently hiring an Experienced Technician to join our team at Diehl CDJR of Butler. As a key member of our service team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality repairs and maintenance.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to explain complex technical information to customers and colleagues alike. In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring that all work meets our high standards.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding repairs, providing updates and explanations of technical information.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
- Minimum Level 1 Experience: A minimum of Level 1 experience is required for this role.
- ASE Certification (Preferred): ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record is required for this position.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to work overhead and bent over for long periods of time.
- Estimated Salary: $62,500 - $92,000 per year: Based on experience and qualifications.
