  • Participate in thorough paid training sessions covering AWS standards
  • Perform Visual Weld Testing (VT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
  • Engage in practical training focused on dimensional evaluation and blueprint interpretation
  • Examine incoming materials and outgoing products with precision
  • Ensure meticulous completion of documentation
  • Consistently follow safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Experience using measuring tools
  • Commitment to learning about Welding or Fabrication
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail
  • Preferred knowledge of Welding or Fabrication
  • Preferred vocational training in an industrial setting
  • Preferred experience with heavy power tools and machinery
  • Ability to read blueprints and confirm dimensional specifications
