Job Title: Insurance Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Project Manager to join our team at Connvertex Technologies Inc.

Job Summary:

The Insurance Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex insurance projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders, including project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Manage and control project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement project quality assurance and control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
  • Experience with project management tools, including MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • CPCU designation or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
