Requirements:
  • Passionate about payments innovation; Strong understanding of the B2B payments landscape and ecosystem; industry knowledge/experience
  • Experienced in customer-facing roles – driving critical business discussions, deepening engagement, and demonstrating empathy to understand customer pain points
  • Demonstrate strong product commercialization experience showcasing excellent business acumen
  • Role requires agility and a sense of urgency as well as strategic, results-driven, innovative and long-term thinking
  • Experienced in driving end to end execution of initiatives – particularly in a cross-functional environment, managing and prioritizing competing initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues/tradeoffs, structure analysis, and provide recommendations effectively
  • Strong presentation skills, and assists with creating presentations, proposals and internal business case development
  • Strong communication & influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, with ability to clearly articulate problem statements and opportunity areas
  • Participates in project and team meetings, business forecasting and strategic planning activities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
