Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business needs and develop data architecture specifications.
• Design and apply changes to logical and physical data models to satisfy reporting and advanced analytic needs.
• Work closely with IT resources to assist in data governance and data quality programs.
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and develop reference materials for supported data processing technologies.
• Independently manage assigned projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum eight years' experience in working with enterprise data sources and BI tools in a financial or healthcare environment.
• Experience using CASE tools such as Idera ER/Studio to design and maintain data models (logical/physical) and metadata.
• Valid Virginia drivers' license and dependable transportation.
• A minimum of three of the following certifications: Epic Caboodle ETL Certified Administrator, IBM Certified Solutions Developer - Datastage (v11.3 or after), IBM Certified Specialist: PureData System for Analytics, DAMA CDMP Associate, IBM Certified Data Engineer - BigData, IBM Certified Data Architect - BigData, Epic Chronicles Programmer, Epic Interconnect Programmer, HIMSS - Certified Associate (CAHIMS), HIMSS - Certified Professional (CPHIMS), TOGAF 9 Certification.
