Lake Huron Medical Center is a 144-bed community hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient health care services to residents of the surrounding area.

As a member of Prime Healthcare, a Top-15 hospital system in the United States, Lake Huron Medical Center is actively seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join its award-winning team.

The successful candidate will provide direct and indirect patient care services, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the Dou Unit.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and performing various clinical procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid state license, a current BLS certificate, and IV certification upon hire.

Per diem employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month with at least 2 of those shifts being on weekend days, and must be able to work holidays on rotation.
