At Piahrose, we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Extern to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Extern, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online visibility and engage with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Schedule posts and monitor content across all platforms, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with the online community.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote job openings, recruitment events, and agency services.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and recruitment industry news to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
  • Track the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven results.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and recruiters to align social media strategies with overall business goals and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Passionate about social media and familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a professional remote environment.
  • Possess and capable of developing emotional intelligence to engage with the firm's executive presence.
  • Experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
