Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and timely processing of their stay.
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services and amenities.
  • Operate the PBX system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and providing wake-up calls and paging services as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Fluency in oral and written English required.
