We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis experience is required.
