Nurse Practitioner

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate them.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis experience is required.
