STAT Home Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in New Orleans, LA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise patient care and coordinate all aspects of patient care, including initiating and updating the plan of care.
  • Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, order submission, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed.
  • Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation.

Qualifications:

  • Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Minimum 1-year clinical experience as an RN or 1-year clinical experience as an LPN.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Compassionate and great time management skills.
  • Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility.
