We are seeking a skilled Family Therapist to join our Specialty Care Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health team at CentraCare. As a Family Therapist, you will provide outpatient diagnostic assessment and family-based psychotherapy services for children and their families impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, health, and developmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and systems-based family therapy
- Work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, primary care, and integrated behavioral health providers
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address the needs of children and their families
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology required
- Minimum of one-year experience in family therapy required
- License eligible within one year of hire by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP)
