Job Title: Associate Psychotherapist

CentraCare is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Associate Psychotherapist to join our interdisciplinary treatment team. As a key member of our inpatient behavioral health unit, you will provide diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluation and execute therapeutic treatment toward defined goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with behavioral health and/or medical needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related Human Services field.
  • State of Minnesota licensure required, with one of the following: Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
