We are seeking a full-time, on-site Logistics Brokerage Manager at Build It Right. This role involves overseeing Freight Brokerage operations, ensuring exceptional Customer Service, managing Dispatching activities, and handling Account Management responsibilities on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Freight Brokerage and related operations

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in freight brokerage
  • Proven skills in Customer Service and Account Management
  • Experience in Dispatching operations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
