Salary Details:
We offer an attractive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. They will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are properly integrated into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Manage policy development, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
