Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in home health care.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
