Join Our Team as a Group Exercise Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional to lead group fitness classes at Genesis Health Clubs. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will play a key role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach high-energy group fitness classes to members of all ages and fitness levels
  • Develop and implement engaging class plans that promote physical activity and fun
  • Provide guidance and support to members on proper exercise techniques and equipment use
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive class environment for all participants
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a comprehensive fitness program
Qualifications:
  • Group training certification (required)
  • CPR Certification (required)
  • 1+ years of group fitness instruction experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage members of all ages and fitness levels
