Group Fitness Instructor

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead engaging group fitness classes that promote physical activity and wellness
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our club members' fitness goals and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member inquiries and concerns
  • Track class attendance and participation metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Nationally accredited group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
  • Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
