We are seeking a skilled Final Inspector to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control and inspection, with experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, detecting and reporting any defects or issues found during the inspection process, and collaborating with production staff to resolve any quality-related issues that arise.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Detect and report any defects or issues found during the inspection process.
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve any quality-related issues that arise.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in quality control or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or inspection role required.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Proficient in the use of inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
