CompensationWe offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations. This compensation package is designed to attract top talent and reward their dedication and expertise.

Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our non-destructive testing (NDT) team as a senior-level inspector. You will be responsible for overseeing the fluorescent penetrant inspection process, ensuring its completion within established timelines. Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for NDT procedures and techniques
  • Train and develop junior inspectors to achieve high levels of performance
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to inspection activities

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in non-destructive testing, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • NDT Level III FPI certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
