Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity in San Francisco

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in San Francisco, California.

About the Role:
  • This position involves working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate patients' speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop personalized treatment plans.

  2. Design and implement individualized therapy programs to address patients' specific needs and goals, using evidence-based practices and techniques.

  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • A current state license as a speech-language pathologist
  • Up-to-date BLS/CPR certification
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in SLP services within the past 5 years
