Position Overview:
TeamHealth is actively seeking a skilled cardiac anesthesiologist to enhance our expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cardiac and structural heart procedures alongside a diverse range of cases, including general surgery, ENT, gastroenterology, vascular, bariatric, orthopedic, podiatric, urological, neurological, ophthalmological, oral, plastic, and radiological surgeries.
  • No obstetric cases involved.
  • Utilize 14 advanced operating rooms.
  • Provide rotating coverage at a four-room Ambulatory Surgery Center with a dedicated team of seasoned anesthetists.
  • Engage in over 16,000 surgical procedures annually, with a distribution of 10,000 at the hospital and 6,000 at the ASC.
Qualifications:
  • Board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology is required.
  • Fellowship training in cardiac anesthesiology is highly preferred.
  • Possession of a current and unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant state.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to function effectively within a collaborative team environment.
