- Provide critical care to patients with cardiac conditions, including continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, and ventilator management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a cardiac stepdown or intensive care unit.
- A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Alabama.
- ACLS and BCLS certification.
