Business Operations Coordinator

At American Global Co, we are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance team, including:
- Issuing certificates of insurance and auto ID cards;
- Processing endorsement requests;
- Assisting with proposal creation and presentations;
- Preparing and monitoring invoices;
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and their underwriters to ensure exceptional customer service;
- Preparing and reviewing insurance applications;
- Ordering loss runs;
- Requesting Premium Finance Quotes from our accounting team;
- Checking proposal forms;
- Delivering policies;
- Updating our insurance filing and database system (Applied Epic);
- Sending letters and emails;
- Conducting research and compiling information for our account managers and executives;
- Maintaining insurance CE requirements;
- Participating in off-site carrier and client meetings as required;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
