Halvik is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our government contracting efforts and drive growth within our DOT/FAA account. As an Executive Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account strategy to expand our presence in the DOT and FAA markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Foster deep relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the DOT and FAA communities to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Develop Account Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies that align with Halvik's overall business objectives.
  • Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through long-term strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.
  • Manage the Opportunity Pipeline: Oversee the DOT/FAA opportunity pipeline, ensuring that key health metrics are met and opportunities are properly managed to drive growth.
  • Measure and Report Performance: Track and report account performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, capability growth, and talent development.
  • Deliver Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and other stakeholders to showcase Halvik's capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Ensure Successful Delivery: Collaborate with delivery managers to ensure successful delivery of work within the account, adhering to all internal processes, policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience supporting government contracts and customers, or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience.
  • FAA Enterprise Knowledge: Intimate knowledge of the FAA enterprise gained through direct experience supporting the FAA as an employee, contractor, or both.
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience leading high-performance federal services contracting teams or as a federal employee.
  • Capture Planning and Execution: 5+ years of experience supporting the full life cycle of opportunities from capture through final award, including capture planning and execution, proposal development, and bid negotiations.
  • Account Strategy Development: Demonstrated success developing and executing account strategies and tactics to grow an account.
  • Delivery Experience: Direct delivery experience, leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all program requirements.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Experience recruiting and hiring technology and management professionals with diverse qualifications.
  • Public Trust Clearance: US Citizen or Permanent Residency required for Public Trust Clearance.
