Location

The location of this position is 2 T.W.Alexander Drive BOX 12014, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 United States.

Contract

This contract will run from 1/2/2025 to 12/31/2025.

Shift

The shift for this position is 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the information and physical logistics flow of finished products to regional and third-party customers, from receipt of the purchase order, through delivery of goods, to final invoicing of the customer and all functions of foreign trade associated with this process in a legally compliant manner.
  • Manage the inbound logistics for selected key raw materials from internal and third-party suppliers. Collaborate with supply chain managers to review, prioritize, and coordinate the supply and physical logistics of finished products to regional and third-party customers using appropriate modes of transport, i.e., ocean, rail, truck, or air if needed.
  • Employ strong communication skills to effectively work with Lead Logistics Partner, Logistics Service Providers, and other stakeholders (e.g., warehouse, manufacturing sites, sourcing, and supplier contacts) to ensure required transport activities are being organized for all shipments.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in managing foreign trade transactions is preferred.
