Our Finance Team is seeking a knowledgeable automotive billing specialist.

This role will entail managing retail vehicle sales transactions across various franchises.

Success in this position requires strong multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.

The centralized corporate office is conveniently located and offers a flexible Friday schedule, providing a pleasant working atmosphere.

** Responsibilities include processing documentation and auditing sales transactions for compliance and precision.

· Maintain reconciled financial schedules

· Document customer lien payoffs for trade-in vehicles

· Record banking activities associated with vehicle sales

The ideal candidate will possess experience in billing, accounting, and some knowledge of licensing and title processes.
