Position Summary
The Culinary Manager will oversee a team committed to creating memorable experiences. This role entails managing the culinary department to ensure optimal guest satisfaction, partner engagement, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and train team members in accordance with our standards and procedures.

* Ensure timely updates and maintenance of point-of-sale systems.

* Ensure compliance with Payment Card Information regulations.
* Implement production sheets to minimize waste and ensure accurate output.
* Conduct coaching sessions with team members.
* Complete monthly financial reports and develop action plans.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all culinary areas and equipment.
* Ensure responsible alcohol service protocols are followed.
* Manage recruitment activities for team members and community groups.
* Conduct pre-shift meetings to set expectations for events.
* Support team member orientation and training.
* Ensure accurate end-of-month inventory completion.
* Collaborate with purchasing teams to manage product transfers and requisition sheets.
* Address and resolve guest complaints effectively.
* Manage team member incidents and adhere to reporting procedures.
* Conduct monthly safety training for team members.
* Schedule team members in alignment with demand forecasts.
* Verify payroll and manage gratuity entries.
* Communicate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with training and paperwork requirements.
* Ensure timely completion of month-end inventory for the culinary department.
* Provide support to other locations as needed.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food and beverage operational role.
* Proficient in computer applications.
* Strong passion for hospitality and culinary arts.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
* Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
