Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

Ironside Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to patients who are recovering from injury, illness, or surgery.
About the OpportunityThis full-time, direct hire position offers a competitive salary of $38.00 - $55.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities- Provide individualized care plans to patients with varying levels of physical and cognitive abilities.
- Develop and implement treatment programs to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
