Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Transportation Coordinator to transport patients to and from medical appointments in a safe and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in transportation, particularly in medical or non-emergency transport, and possess strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Provide punctual, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • Assist patients in entering and exiting the vehicle, as needed, particularly those with mobility challenges.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, including pickup and drop-off times, mileage, and patient information.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, patients, and healthcare providers as required.
  • Follow traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring patient safety during transport.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in transportation, particularly in medical or non-emergency transport.
  • Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
  • Ability to assist patients with mobility challenges (wheelchair assistance, etc.).
  • Punctual and reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to watch training videos, attend CPR and First Aid classes.

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Saturday, Days and Evenings, Full-Time.
