Job Description

**Job Summary**

BODY20 Miller Place is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Manager to oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development of our fitness studio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee studio operations and profitability, working closely with the Franchisee to achieve top-tier performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Sales Team and Coaches, assisting with ongoing development, training, and growth.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance targets.
  • Attend monthly meetings and corporate webinars to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet studio demand while maintaining budgetary constraints.
  • Host weekly staff meetings and monthly one-on-one meetings with Sales Associates and Coaches.
  • Plan and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and operationally sound facility.
  • Exhibit a positive, outgoing attitude and create an enthusiastic atmosphere.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue.
  • Knowledge of Club Ready software is a plus.
