We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Assurance professional to lead our quality management efforts in the aerospace manufacturing industry. As a respected leader in the field, you will contribute to our mission of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate customer quality ratings and On-Time Delivery (OTD) feedback to drive business decisions.
  • Perform quarterly quality management reviews to promote visibility of key business metrics and associated actions, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards.
  • Create first articles in accordance with AS9102.
  • Ensure internal drawings and travelers meet customer specifications.
  • Maintain and manage calibration records, ensuring measurement tools are calibrated prior to expiration.

About the Role

This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related aerospace field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a quality or engineering role.
  • Proficiency in GD&T and interpreting drawings, with experience leading AS9100 and NADCAP audits.
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality standards, including AS9100, and experience with NADCAP audits.
  • Prior experience with precision measuring tools, CMM, and software tools such as Excel, Word, and custom business ERP systems.
