Cai Seeks Systems Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Enter and manage radio information within the network to activate radios effectively.
  • User Records: Maintain precise records of user information for operational integrity.
  • Process Compliance: Execute tasks in compliance with ADEM and AWIN processes.
  • Customer Service: Address user issues by providing timely and accurate responses to questions and requests.
  • Troubleshooting: Handle incoming telephone calls and emails from internal and external customers regarding system-related problems.
  • Security: Ensure client confidentiality and operation protection by keeping sensitive information secure.
  • Team Collaboration: Play a collaborative role in team efforts to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Help Desk Support Analyst.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with IT security practices and protocols.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logging and documenting technical problems and issues.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in an environment that required lifting at least 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Clear and effective communication via telephone and email.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to resolving issues.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in system support or a related technical support role (minimum 3 years).

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
