Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Project Engineering Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance project performance.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of lean principles and agile methodologies.
Work Environment:

This role is based in Sparks, Nevada, and requires frequent travel to client sites and meetings.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
