Dow, a leading materials science company, is seeking exceptional engineering students for entry-level positions in Operations (Manufacturing & Engineering) to start their full-time work assignment during the upcoming Spring, Summer, or Fall term.

About You
As an engineer at Dow, you'll work on a broad range of responsibilities in various settings, including chemical plant safety and environmental performance, process operation, optimization, modification, maintenance, and technology implementation. Engineers use sound technical judgment to enable safe and efficient plant operations. Roles and Responsibilities
- Chemical Engineer: Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations, focusing on manufacturing process troubleshooting and problem-solving, preventive maintenance, yield and process improvements, waste reduction, safety enhancements, process control, cost optimization, project management, and equipment design.
- Mechanical Engineer: Offer technical expertise in areas like maintenance & reliability and production operations, working on tasks such as predictive maintenance, failure analysis, vessel & piping design, and manufacturing process troubleshooting.
- Electrical Engineer: Focus on power plant operations, process improvements, predictive maintenance, MCC/transformer/switchgear design, electrical instrumentation troubleshooting, and motor control.
- Civil Engineer: Work on projects ranging from small plant improvements to large new facilities, applying expertise to concrete, structural steel, and site development plans.
- Material Science/Metallurgical Engineer: Collaborate with facility teams and designers on material selection for projects and daily maintenance, coordinating with other design disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Material Science/Metallurgical Engineering.
- A graduation date of no later than September 2025.
- The ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis.

Salary Estimate
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
