Optometrist OpportunityAs an independent optometrist leasing space inside Sam's Club, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. With the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule, you will have the freedom to run your practice as you see fit. As part of the Sam's Club team, you will have access to equipment, instrumentation, administrative support, and Opt-Tech support services for a fair market value. To be eligible, you will need to have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school, a valid state optometry license, and General Liability Certificate, Professional Liability Insurance Certificate, and a W-9. As an independent lease holder, you will be responsible for 100% of exam/professional fees.
