City of O'Fallon Youth Programming Opportunity

We are seeking a Recreation Aide to assist in the preparation, organization and management of children's programming for our youth department.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with pre-school aged children and develop program curriculum and schedules.

As a Recreation Aide, you will be responsible for setting up facilities for programs, events, games, and activities, providing information and top-notch customer service to patrons, researching and proposing new programs, and developing program curriculum and schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up facilities and equipment for children's programs
  • Providing excellent customer service to parents and children
  • Developing and implementing new program ideas
  • Maintaining equipment and facilities
