Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at The Deamer Group. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their home setting.

Job Summary:

The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for providing one-on-one instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy. This includes collecting and graphing session data, implementing behavior intervention plans, and timely submission of bi-monthly required documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and maintain a safe environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
  • Collect and graph session data, implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Timely submission of bi-monthly required documentation.
  • Communicate problematic clinical issues with respective supervisor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on shared cases on a regular basis.
  • Write session notes within 24 hours of services rendered.
  • Professionally represent Spectrum Analytic consulting when engaging with the public.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavior Technician or BCaBA preferred.
  • CPR certification.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working with children.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, and insured personal transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work alone while maintaining a sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to maintain a safe environment for students and staff.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
