Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify treatment goals and develop individualized intervention plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality care and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:
  • A master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as psychology, education, or special education.
  • A current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
