Job Summary:

As a Cloud Cost Analyst II, you will perform financial business analysis using various techniques, such as statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives based on analysis.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting for cloud services.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and distribute IT financial reports to executives, VPs, directors, and department leaders.
  • Analyze data and reports to provide decision-makers with discoveries and suggestions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in current business intelligence reports.
  • Respond to additional needs/requests and act as a bridge between I.T. and the end user.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree required; degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Business Management, Economics, or other related major preferred.
  • Relevant graduate degree a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for coordinating with various teams and departments.
  • Moderate experience in SQL preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Passion and aptitude for quickly learning new technical skills.
Preferred Certifications:
  • AWS Practitioner Certification or equivalent.
  • Certified FinOps Practitioner.
