We are currently in search of a Client Service Representative. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

The Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:

  • Introducing banking products and services to clients
  • Participating in sales initiatives
  • Processing debit and credit transactions
  • Addressing customer relations concerns

Additionally, this position involves managing the banking center's cash operations, including:

  • Ordering and shipping cash
  • Maintaining CTR records
  • Overseeing the vault, including balancing and disbursing cash
  • Ordering and shipping currency as necessary

There may also be opportunities to assist in opening new accounts.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years of cash handling experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven record of balancing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin
