Technical Support Role

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst to provide high-quality technical assistance to users. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new access needs and security changes

• Direct the activities of outside contract resources to support hardware installations and/or repair as necessary

• Assure necessary security of all IT assets

• Improve and implement procedures as needed and/or assigned

• Consistently work to develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with all internal and external customers

Estimated Salary: $95,000 per year, based on location and experience.
