Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at AAA NCNU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and value to our members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting their needs and expectations.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Menlo Park, California, requiring 5 days a week with some Saturdays out of the month. You will work closely with our team to promote AAA products and services, achieve individual and branch goals, and reinforce the value of AAA membership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fundamental customer interactions, including member services and product sales, while being knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services.
  • Promote AAA products and services to members to achieve individual and branch goals and reinforce the value of AAA membership.
  • Understand and anticipate member needs, identify, and recommend relevant solutions from AAA to satisfy unmet needs.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of work experience in sales or customer service-focused positions.
  • Strong customer service orientation, active listening skills, and ability to become an expert on multiple product lines, services, and learn how to use custom software applications.
  • Drive for results, communicate effectively, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
